PRE-REGISTRATION FORM

  • A child's spot is not confirmed until the entire Registration Process is completed.

  • The Pre-Registration Fee is $80.00 annually. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable .

  • If a family completes the Registration Process and does not show up to attend KPC on the confirmed start date the spot will be released to the next available family on our waitlist. After reasonably attempted contact is made to the family.

  • All students involved in our Preschool Program (Ages 3-5) must be potty trained 100% before they may attend KPC in the Preschool Program.

  • All students involved in our Play School Program must be mobile. This is defined as crawling or walking.

  • Potty Trained is defined as a child can walk to the bathroom, use the restroom, wipe, flush, and come out to wash their hands without assistance.
